Thousands of Eagles fans will make the trip to Coventry's RicohArena on February 12, as the inaugural Palace On Tour Day (POTD)swings into action.
Stemming from a basic idea on the fans' internet message board,POTD has captured the imagination of supporters. The aim is quitesimple - to celebrate the club by getting as many away fans aspossible to the Ricoh Arena for the match.
Supporters are being encouraged to create a carnival atmosphereat the ground, with 2000 red and blue balloons being given away onthe day and several other costumes and displays planned.
Richard Wilsher, one of the main organisers behind POTD said: "This is simply about having a great day out supporting the club welove.
"We all saw how passionate Palace fans were last season - theprotests at Lloyds and the magnificent support at SheffieldWednesday.
"We want to replicate that, and also say a big thank you toCPFC2010 for saving the club. The away support has been terrificalready this season, and we want to double that at Coventry."
Coventry was chosen after a poll on the internet forums - theRicoh Arena proved popular as it is an easy ground to get to by car, coach or train, and holds a large amount of away supporters.
Palace fans will be travelling from as far a field as USA,Germany and Norway to get to the match.
Tickets are already on sale at the box office, priced Pounds 26for adults and Pounds 14 for concessions.
